Galactic Pizza
Friday was Sophie's birthday. (my roommate next year) To celebrate we were planning to go to a Thai restaurant in Uptown, but once we saw Galactic Pizza we just had to go there. The last time I was at Galactic pizza was last summer when the youth band took a road trip to Minneapolis. Once again I was able to experience the great pizza, earth friendly restaurant, and Super Heroes. This time there was an added bonus. It was Richard Simmons day. All the waitresses were dressed like Richard Simmons. Here are a few pics of our fun adventure at Galactic Pizza.

YAY! What a great place. Sadly when Juli e-mail of their adventures last year, they were in their "day job" uniforms... Too bad. The boys would've really enjoyed the hero's running in and out the door. LOVED the images one could conjure of the hero with his cape saving the person being mugged!
BUT YOU! YOU got RICHARD SIMMONS!!! Wow... really just... wow. I think it beats the giant skillet.
